OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 16, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 6, 33, 46D and 46E of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Bermuda regarding Economic and Social Cooperation, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (
b) authorize the signing thereof on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia by the Minister of Economic Development or the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.
