Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 3, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1998, the Occupational Therapists Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Carrie Rice of Halifax Regional Municipality (Middle Sackville) as a public representative member of the Board of the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia, made by Order in Council 2021-145 dated May 27, 2021, effective October 28, 2022.
