Order in Council 537/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Monica Chakravarti was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective March 28, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 279/2021;

And

whereas Monica Chakravarti tendered her resignation effective January 15, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 279/2021 be revoked effective January 15, 2022.
