OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 30, 2012, and pursuant to clause 2(1)(

i) of

Chapter 104 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Costs and Fees Act, is pleased to amend the

schedule of fees and allowances under

Part I of the Act, deemed to be regulations made pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Costs and Fees Act by

Section 15 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2004, the Financial Measures

(2004) Act, and as amended by the Governor in Council, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 21, 2012.
