PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council-No. 320 , Approved and Ordered MAR Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Heather Gropp is appointed Special Assistant to the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Heather Gropp be paid as a Special Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Heather Gropp; (

d) the appointment of Heather Gropp, made by Order in Council 1360/99, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and res ember of the Immigration and Minister Responsible Executive Council for the Public Service (This
