B.C. Reg. 22/2003, deposited January 28, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M26/2003, dated January 15, 2003.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that

1 A reserve is established for minerals and placer minerals over the following land in the New Westminster Mining Division, Yale Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2 A free miner may locate or record a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by

section 1 subject to the conditions listed in

section 3.

3 A free miner shall not obstruct, endanger or interfere with or allow any other person to

obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a hydroelectric project in the reserve created by
