OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated December 1, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2005, the Petroleum Products Pricing Act , is pleased to amend the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulations , N.S. Reg. 286/2009, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-399 dated September 24, 2009, to make adjustments to the calculation of carbon prices, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2023.
