On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 58 (2) of the Electricity Act, 1998,

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order is approved.
