Order in Council 677/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Claudette Cain Coulas was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective March 7, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 357/2024;

And

whereas Claudette Cain Coulas tendered her resignation effective April 9, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 357/2024 be revoked effective April 9, 2024.
