OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Economic Development and Education, dated February 3, 2006, pursuant to Sections 6, 33, 35 and 36 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 141 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, and Sections 59A and 59(

C) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) assign to the Ministers of Economic Development and Education, the joint administration, supervision, direction and control of the development and implementation of the SAP HR/Payroll system in the Nova Scotia school boards for the purposes of concluding an agreement with SAP Canada Inc.; (

b) authorize the Ministers of Economic Development and Education to enter into an agreement with SAP Canada Inc. for the implementation of the SAP HR/Payroll system, generally in the form set out and described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Ministers of Economic Development and Education dated January 30, 2006; (

c) authorize the Ministers of Economic Development and Education to execute such other agreements and documents as may be required to give effect to this Order.
