OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of the Environment dated September 19, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 2.1 of the Regulations Respecting Radiation Reading Devices made pursuant to

Chapter 195 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Act, is pleased, effective November 30, 2000, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Joan Landry as a member of the Radiation Health Advisory Committee, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-410 dated June 4, 1996; (

b) appoint Charlene MacNeil of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Radiation Health Advisory Committee to hold office during pleasure of the Governor in Council; and (

c) determine the rate of remuneration for Charlene MacNeil as a member of the Radiation Health Advisory Committee to be at the rate of $200 per day for each day involved in the performance of Committee duties.
