Order in Council 397/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Carlene Alexander, Deputy Minister

be appointed as a member and as Chair of the Public Service Commission, effective March 18, 2024, for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat.

And further that Orders in Council O.C. 947/2021, dated July 7, 2021 and O.C. 1852/2023, dated December 8, 2023, be revoked effective March 18, 2024.
