OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 8, 2002, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 351 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Douglas P. Stratton of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation for a term of three years commencing January 8, 2003; (
b) reappoint Kalyan Sunderam of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation for a term of three years commencing January 22, 2003; and (
c) reappoint Roy Spence of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation for a term of three years commencing June 1, 2003.
