Order in Council 1611/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Sandra Odendahl of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three (3) years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
