OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 4, 2005, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 21 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 3 to 6, 16, 19 and 20 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, come into force on and not before August 26, 2005.
