OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated June 5, 2000, pursuant to subsections 41(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Fuel Safety Regulations made pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 171 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fire Prevention Act, is pleased to: (

a) with respect to C. Barry Alexander, amend Order in Council 2000 167 dated April 5, 2000, by striking out the phrase "as a member of the Fuel Safety Board employed in the propane industry" in clause (

b) and substituting therefor the phrase "as a member of the Fuel Safety Board considered necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Board" effective June 29, 2000; (

b) appoint Frederick L. Chalmers of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Fuel Safety Board employed in the propane industry, for a term of office of two years commencing June 29, 2000; and (

c) reimburse Frederick L. Chalmers for any expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Board.
