OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 25, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 9A of
Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Hugh MacKay as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Business, made by Order in Council 2017-182 dated June 28, 2017, effective the date of this Order.
