OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated October 22, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 194J of
Chapter 6 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Marketing Act , is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Wine Standards Regulations, N.S. Reg. 170/2010, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-418 dated November 16, 2010, to remove the requirement for at least 10 certified acres of non-grape wine crops within 500 metres of the winery’s production facilities to be registered as a farm winery and enable non-grape wineries with at least 2 certified acres of non-grape crop lands to register as a small farm winery, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 24, 2015.
