OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated October 31, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after December 12, 2023, to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police allowing the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to use the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
