OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 3, 2003, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a release of re-purchase option by the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to a parcel of land containing 32,000 square feet, more or less, situate at Lyons Brook, Pictou County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Grant Ernest Forbes and Donna Marie Forbes, husband and wife, both of Truro, Colchester County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
