Order in Council 1542/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 , Johanne Cavé of Gatineau, Quebec be reappointed as a member of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of November 21, 2020 and the date this order is made.
