On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 2 (2) (

c) of The University of Toronto Act, 1971 ,

Rajiv Mathur of Richmond Hill

be reappointed as a member of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a fixed term ending on March 24, 2029, effective the later of June 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
