Order in Council 354/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Corine Tchakoute Tchanga was appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Mississauga—Streetsville, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 94/2025;

And

whereas Corine Tchakoute Tchanga tendered her resignation effective January 22, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) ;of the Election Act , Order in Council O.C. 94/2025 be revoked effective January 22, 2025.
