Presidin Member of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 1230 , Approved and Ordered JUL 2 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Nathan Allen is appointed Ministerial Assistant in the office of the Minister of Community Development, Co-operatives and Volunteers, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Nathan Allen be paid as a Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (
