On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to clause 33(2)(
e) of the Courts of Justice Act , Dante Pontone of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member of the Deputy Judges Council for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
