OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 16, 2000, pursuant to clauses 16(1) (

d) and (

f) of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Central Regional Health Board in the total amount not to exceed $7,500,000 (seven million five hundred thousand dollars) of the cost of expanding and renovating the Emergency Department and adjacent support areas at the Dartmouth General Hospital in Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to Capital Account, for the vote "Capital Grants, Capital Construction Projects" under the heading "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
