B.C. Reg. 343/2010 , deposited December 6, 2010, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 20.3]. Order in Council 806/2010, approved and ordered December 3, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2011 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

Section 2 (

a) of the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended by striking out " 2010 taxation year, as at December 31, 2009, " and substituting " 2011 taxation year, as at December 31, 2010, ".

2 Sections 3 (2) and 4 (2) are amended by striking out " 2010 taxation year, " and substituting " 2011 taxation year, ".
