Order in Council 317/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, made under the Development Corporations Act , the Lieutenant Governor in Council may designate a member of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario as chair of the board;

And

Whereas it is the intention that a chair now be appointed for a limited duration until such time as a new chair is appointed;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02,

Lorelle Taylor of Kingston

be designated as part-time chair of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, commencing on the date this Order in Council is made and not extending past 12 months from the date that this Order in Council is made or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
