B.C. Reg. 579/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 1243/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Duu Guusd Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 73/2003, is amended by striking out "for a period ending on December 31, 2004" and substituting "for a period ending December 31, 2006".
