Order in Council 1495/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Nancy Matthews

be appointed Deputy Minister of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries, effective the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 1, 2021;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1042/2019, dated July 25, 2019, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
