Order in Council 1482/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Nancy Ferguson of Toronto be reappointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of three years, effective August 12, 2017.
