Order in Council 296/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005,

Patricia Lang of Thunder Bay

is re-appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a three-year term effective as of the date of this Order.

And further that Order in Council 148/2018 be revoked as of the date of this Order.
