Section 7 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: \x09(a)\x09purchase properties identified as Parcel Identification Numbers 55307466 and 55000335, Cape Split, Scots Bay, Kings County containing 78.93 +/- hectares (195.04 +/- acres), and shown outlined in bold on
Schedule "A" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, from Vera Steele, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price not to exceed $588,000.00, subject to the condition that Vera Steele, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and \x09(b)\x09execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
