Order in Council 1142/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Harriet Lewis was reappointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective May 9, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1775/2021;

And

whereas Harriet Lewis tendered her resignation effective June 21, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1775/2021 be revoked effective June 21, 2022.
