Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 586/2021 O10611633 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with th e advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective May 26, 2022, (

a) the appointment of Evan David Brown as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Labour, made by Order in Council 586/2021, is rescinded, (

b) Evan David Brown is appointed as an Executive Assist ant in the Office of the Minister of Land, Water and Resource Stewardship, (

c) Evan David Brown is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) the terms and conditions of em ployment equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Evan David Brown. 276 May 24, 2022
