OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of Health dated November 8, 2002, pursuant to
Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of Health to enter into the Canada-Nova Scotia Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Respect to the Delivery of Inspection Services, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional agreements or appendices as are necessary to implement this agreement.
