An Act to Amend the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act,

chapter M-7.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is amended (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “twelve” and substituting “forty-eight”; (

b) by repealing paragraph (2)(a). 2

Section of the Act is amended (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “twelve” and substituting “forty-eight”; (

Loi sur les conflits d’intérêts des députés et des membres du Conseil exécutif Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 L’article de la

Loi sur les conflits d’intérêts des dé- putés et des membres du Conseil exécutif,

chapitre M-7.01 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1999, est modifié

a) au paragraphe (1) par la suppression de « douze » et son remplacement par « quarante-huit »;

b) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa (2)a). 2 L’article de la Loi est modifié

a) au paragraphe (1) par la suppression de « douze » et son remplacement par « quarante-huit »;

b) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa (2)a).
