OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 13, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 34 of
Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a two-year Community Tripartite Agreement with the Wagmatcook Band and the federal government, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2007.
