OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 1, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the disposal of forty (40) parcels of land, situated at or near Sydney, County of Cape Breton, more particularly described in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) authorize the conveyance of the land to Harbourside Commercial Park Inc., a Nova Scotia Limited Company, having its registered office situated at Halifax, County of Halifax, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance document in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
