OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated March 21, 2019, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 39.66 hectares (98 acres) of land located at South Cove, Victoria County, Nova Scotia, identified as PIDs 85007052, 85161438 and 85161446 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Nancy Elizabeth Morrison, or her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $111,000 (plus HST if applicable), subject to the condition that Nancy Elizabeth Morrison or her respective executors, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
