1 Bill 204 Mr. Yao BILL 204 2020 VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATIONS REPEAL ACT (Assented to , 2020) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: Repeals SA 2017 cV-5 1 The Voluntary Blood Donations Act is repealed. Transitional regulations 2(1) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations respecting transitional matters arising from the repeal of the Voluntary Blood Donations Act.

(2) A regulation under subsection (1) may be made retroactive to the extent set out in the regulation. Repeal 3

Section 2 is repealed on Proclamation.
