OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 10, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 20 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act , is pleased to appoint Nina Bernard-Tran of Halifax Regional Municipality and Elizabeth Lahey of Cape Breton Regional Municipality as members of the Accessibility Advisory Board, both for a term of three years commencing April 9, 2026.
