B.C. Reg. 128/2005, deposited March 18, 2005, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 221/2005, approved and ordered March 17, 2005.

On the recommendation of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective May 31, 2005, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in

Schedule 2 by repealing the heading "Sewage Disposal Regulation, B.C. Reg. 411/85", and the items under it and substituting the following:
