Order in Council 242/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Sam Rappos, Barrister and Solicitor of Markham, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective March 9, 2023.
