Order in Council 754/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2), 4.1 (5) and 4.1 (8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Geoff Owen , of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of July 31, 2026 or the date of this Order in Council is made.
