OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 11, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting prescribed fees made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-65 dated January 19, 1993, by striking out "$10.00" after "Certificate of registration" in clause (

a) and substituting "$30.00", effective on and from May 1, 2002.
