CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act (Assented to December 17, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.S-34 The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 3(1) is amended by adding “be” after “continue to”.

Section amended Subsection 13(4) is amended by striking out “general manager” and substituting “president”.

Section amended 5(1) Subsection 22(2) is amended by striking out “107” and substituting “106”. (2) Subsection 22(3) is amended by striking out “general manager” and substituting “president”.

Section amended Subsection 23(3) is amended by striking out “general manager” and substituting “president”.

Section amended Subsection 27(1) is amended by striking out “general manager” and substituting “president”.
