Campbell of Newport, Hants County, for a term commencing January 16, 2002 and ending January 31, 2007; Carol MacCulloch of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term commencing October 1, 2001 and ending September 30, 2006; and Sandra M. Usifer of Ingonish, Victoria County, for a term commencing April 1, 2002 and ending March 31, 2007.
