B.C. Reg. 11/2010 , deposited January 15, 2010, pursuant to the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 18]. Order in Council 036/2010, approved and ordered January 15, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Forgiveness of Debts and Obligations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 269/92, is amended as follows:

(

a) in

section 1, in the definition of " branch ", by striking out " Ministry of Small Business and Revenue; " and substituting " Ministry of Finance; ", and

(

b) in

section 2, item 1 of the table, by repealing the text in column 1 and substituting the following:

Minister of Finance

Deputy Minister of Finance

Comptroller General, Ministry of Finance

Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate and Ministry Support Services Division, Ministry of Finance .
