Order in Council 615/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 1706/2007, made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Bette Jean Crews of Trenton, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Species at Risk Program Advisory Committee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective May 31, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
